This marks a signi fi cant milestone in Parkland’s long-term growth strategy. As part of Parkland’s commitment to cultivating internal leadership, all three individuals have contributed to the company’s rapid growth and earned the opportunity to share in the success. Jim Jacobi, President of Parkland Communities , expressed his con fi - dence in the new ownership structure, stating, “The addition of Ian Young, Nick Patti and Michael Paul as Partners strengthens our leadership team and positions us for long-term success. We make a great team and this will elevate Parkland to new heights as we expand our home building and de- velopment business throughout Georgia.” Strategic Leadership Driving Growth Nick Patti, Vice President of Construction , brings 20 years of diverse experience across residential, commercial, industrial, and heavy civil/ma- rine markets. Patti joined Parkland as Director of Construction in May 2023. He was previously the Director of Purchasing and Estimating at Smith Douglas Homes. His wealth of knowledge is instrumental in es- tablishing Parkland Homes and Parkland Residential as a premier home- builder in Georgia, delivering a high volume of homes on schedule and on budget with the highest quality standards. Michael Paul, Vice President of Investments , oversees Parkland’s growth strategies and fi nancing initiatives. He focuses on capitalizing and managing investments for the company’s expanding Build-to-Rent (BTR) and For-Sale communities, as well as the newly formed Fee-Building di- vision. Paul’s leadership ensures that the company’s existing pipeline of +2,000 lots is e ffi ciently capitalized and developed, driving institution- al-level investment approaches. Ian Young, Vice President of Land Development , brings 29 years of ex- perience in land development, including extensive work in both the United Kingdom and the United States. Originally from Scotland with a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of the West of Scotland, Young has played a pivotal role in managing the development of thousands of lots throughout his career. Before joining Parkland Communities in May 2023, he served as Regional Director of Development at Forestar, the largest lot developer in the U.S. His leadership is crucial to expanding Parkland’s land development operations across Atlanta and throughout Georgia.
